Wendy Powell

I’ve been in education for more than thirty years, and I’m most passionate connecting people with their aha! moments. Working with people of all ages—children, students, teenagers, young adults, seniors and professionals—has given me a strong sense of how valuable each personality is.

As the mother of four children and foster parent of infants, I understand how important it is to communicate effectively with the people around me. I also realize the benefit of knowing exactly who I am. That’s why I’m thrilled to have the opportunity to stand beside you, as we explore your type and learn how it helps you relate to the people in your world.

As a Certified Enneagram Coach, I work with individuals and groups, listening to their stories and helping them discover their true selves. Then I watch them thrive, as they begin to see their network of friends, family and colleagues with fresh perspective.

Let’s connect! I promise you—it’ll be worth it.

While working through the Enneagram process with Wendy, it became obvious how passionate she is about people and helping to discover your “number.” She seamlessly connects how this knowledge benefits my everyday walk, decisions and interactions with others. She is one of the most genuine people I have ever met. She was able to create a safe space for discussion and reflection where I was able to grow spiritually and personally.

What is Enneagram

  • The Enneagram is a system of personality typing that describes patterns of how people interpret the world and manage their emotions. It identifies 9 personality Types and maps them on a diagram to illustrate how each Type relates to the others.

    1. The Perfectionist

    2. The Helper

    3. The Achiever

    4. The Individualist

    5. The Thinker

    6. The Guardian

    7. The Enthusiast

    8. The Challenger

    9. The Peacemaker

Every Type has complementary wing, and each Type naturally leans toward other specific Types’ traits in times of health or stress. Enneagram numbers are identified by patterns of actions, emotions and thoughts reflect worldview. Understanding your Type and the Types of people around you offers insight into your home relationships, social life and workplace—and to how you respond differently to and in your environments.

  • If you struggle to understand your spouse, your family, your friends or colleagues, our one-to-one Enneagram mentorship program can help identify areas of health and stress, so you can enjoy life to the fullest.

We walk through a unique personality adventure that lets you see yourself as a warrior, breaking free from distractions by understanding yourself and people around you.

What is my Number

  • What makes you do the things you do? Where does your motivation come from? What drives you to be bold or makes you fearful? Why do you feel uncomfortable during confrontation?

The Enneagram helps you develop clarity and health for your personality.

    But why is it important?

Imagine having conversation with a friend, knowing exactly what he needed to hear and how he needed to hear it.

Imagine knowing why your boss gets angry with your project, while she overlooks the details of everything you just produced.

Imagine recognizing why your spouse gets frustrated when you interrupt.

Imagine rearing your child in a space that’s safe for reaching full growth and potential.

Explore this list of the 9 personality Types. Perhaps you’ll see yourself in one or more of the descriptions. The best way to determine your Enneagram personality Type is be completely transparent with yourself, and you can start with one or two of the free online tests to determine your Enneagram number
